Taking care of yourself is taking care of our environment.

About Clay

Clay was born out of a convergence of interests and a growing understanding that all things are connected.

We believe that human wellbeing is synonymous with environmental wellbeing. When you take care of one, you take care of the other. Clay offers a space for you to nurture yourself–mind, body, and soul–so you can be empowered to nurture the world around you.

Our current state of intersectional issues–social, racial, economic, and environmental–are all created by people. And this reality holds promise. If we created our current reality, we have the ability to create a new one.

Our Values

Our values are intentionally woven within every element of Clay–from concept to approach to practice. We’re in the business of showing up for our Mother. Because we love Her

Accessibility

Clay Collective practices are always free. Nurturing yourself and your Mother shouldn’t come at a cost.

Optimism

Positive change begins with perspective. Our lighthearted approach chooses to focus on the good–on the possibilities. It’s from here we are empowered to build.

Honesty

Our approach is information-led, backed by research and curated with honesty. Although there is no perfect or singular way to address climate change, we do know that addressing the challenge requires all of us to try and contribute any way we can.

Creativity

One of the most critical aspects to wellbeing, creativity is a science-backed way to relieve stress and revive clarity.

Sustainability

True change only happens when we can sustain the new behaviors. Clay builds practices that sustain us–mind, body, soul–so we can build habits and change behaviors that nurture ourselves and our environment.
