March 2026
In winter, we flow.
This quarter we celebrate water — the element that gives life to all.
Nurture Yourself
When we take care of ourselves, we create the space to take care of our Mama.
Bathe yourself in sound (and water too, if you can). Relax, calm and restore your sense of peace with this sound bath meditation by Sleeping Vibrations. Bathe for as long as feels right to you.
Nurture Our Mama
Our habits shape our world. At Clay, we focus on making small changes that are sustainable to maintain, knowing that our collective actions make a difference. Learn this month’s one small action that you can take.
One Small Action:
Protect our drinking water sources.
This can begin at home and then extend into your community. Here are some tips to get you started, pick one to commit to and turn into a habit:
Don’t put anything down the skin, toilet or storm drain, as this can end up in drinking water sources.
Be sure to dispose of cleaners, paints, vehicle fluids, fertilizers, and pesticides at designated hazardous waste collection sites.
Find a watershed or wellhead protection organization and volunteer for a cleanup. Since it’s local, it will have a direct impact on the water in your home and community.
Nurture Collectively
Learn about and support the Collective’s winter nonprofit.
DigDeep is a human rights nonprofit serving the 2.2 million+ people in the U.S. without access to clean running water in their homes. 100% of your donation funds programs to close the water gap in the U.S.
